Is there a lock-in?+

A 12-month minimum term, then it simply continues month to month. Cancel any time after the first year with 30 days notice.

What if I sell the house?+

The plan transfers to the new owner — a running pest and termite plan is a selling point — or you can move it to your new home within our service area.

Do I have to be home?+

For external visits, no. For internal treatments and the annual termite inspection we need access, and we book those with you in advance.

Is Termite Shield only for people with a barrier?+

It is designed for homes with a barrier or baiting system, but it can be added to either plan on its own if you want stations installed and monitored without a full barrier.
